Super-fast reports
The built-in reports are the fastest you will see in accounting applications, bringing back thousands of records in seconds. Because of the Accentis backend arcihetecture, data access and reporting is arguably the fastest in the market.
Multiple reporting methods
ACCENTiS Enterprise can produce reports using the industry standard Crystal Reports for highly formatted reporting, or our own built-in ACCENTiS Reports reporting wizard that generates super-fast results in a familiar, concise list-based format.
Any data from any database any time
There is absolutely no restriction on which data can be retrieved from ACCENTiS Enterprise: if the data has been entered, it can also be retrieved, reported on, graphed, analysed, faxed, emailed, exported or saved to another file format – all directly from ACCENTiS Enterprise.
Consolidate data from multiple databases
Where multiple ACCENTiS databases are being used, reports can bring together data from all databases in a consolidated analysis.
Audit trail on reports
A comprehensive audit trail logs every time a report is viewed, emailed, printed or exported – as well as the details of which user ran the report and at precisely what time. This answers the question of “did anyone email that report to customer ABC?”
Run a report for each line of a report
For each line of a report generated within ACCENTiS, you are able to run another report using that data as a filter for the new report. For example, list all customers and then print envelopes, email statements or generate detailed trading analysis statistics for selected customers.
Manage your own reports
We give you all of the tools required to manage ACCENTiS reports, and you can create or modify your own Crystal reports yourself. There are many third-party Crystal Reports writers available because it is an industry-standard reporting system, so you are welcome to engage the services of external parties to address your additional reporting requirements.
Strict security on all reports
Every report in the system can be assigned its own set of permissions to determine which users or groups have access to that data. This is vital when you consider that payroll and financial reports may be available.
Change search results
Subject to permissions, once an ACCENTiS report is displayed on the screen you can directly edit or remove any of the lines in the report data – you can even add extra lines. Consider the possibilities of being able to remove spurious or redundant data before a report is printed, or manually add lines to enhance the report!
Powerful built-in graphing
Any ACCENTiS report can be graphed in a line, bar or pie in 2D or 3D directly from within ACCENTiS Enterprise. With a click of your mouse, you can add or remove columns to be graphed or change the configuration of the graphed data.
Viewed all reports without printing
All reports in ACCENTiS can be viewed without printing them, saving time and money.
Perform multiple actions on report results
One of the most powerful features of ACCENTiS reporting is the ability to run actions based on the report data. For example, run a stock shortage report that lists inventory items and effortlessly create a purchase order for all selected items at the click of a button.
All reports customisable
All reports can be created, modified and managed by the user. No reports are “hard-coded” and anyone can modify the layout or search criteria used for reports. There is no limit to the number of reports you can create and make available in your system.
No third party software required for ACCENTiS reports
There is no need to purchase additional software to be able to create and manage the ACCENTiS built-in reporting mechanism. These reports produce spreadsheet style reports that include formatted headings and totals.
Hyperlinks – instant drill-down
ACCENTiS reports allow you to instantly drill down to other records or reports with a click of the mouse. You can define hyperlinks for any column on the report to instantly jump to an associated record or report.
Direct searching using SQL
For the database boffins in your IT department, the ACCENTiS database can be queried directly using the powerful, industry-standard SQL language. In seconds, you can construct a special query to extract specific data without having to create a new report.
Assign default printers
You can specify which printer a report should be printed on by default (unless the user specifies otherwise when they print), allowing you to set up all of your reports to print on just the right printer without the user having to select each time. Printers can be assigned based on the report type or the location of the user.
Assign default reports
For each function in ACCENTiS Enterprise, you can specify which report is the “default” report that is printed after an update (e.g. when a Sales Order is updated). You can even specify multiple reports, so that on update of a Sales Order, a Picking ticket and Job card are both printed. This incredible flexibility allows you to fine-tune your entire process flow exactly the way you require.
Print default reports
For each of the reports that you have specified as the Default report for a function (e.g. Sales Order), you can specify whether or not the report is printed automatically, is printed after confirmation from the user, or is not printed at all.
QuickLists are user-definable reports
In many systems, the list of records displayed for selection on a form (e.g. a list of customers when selecting the customer for a new sales order) is fixed. In ACCENTiS Enterprise, these lists are ACCENTiS reports that can be modified and tailored to suit your requirements. So, for example, rather than displaying a fixed list of customers, you may decide to show a list of customers with their current balance, credit limit and last Sales Order date.

Assign reports to menus
Any report can be assigned to one of the module menus on the main form of ACCENTiS Enterprise. By doing this, you can build up your own customised menu system for reports, including submenus
Assign reports to the toolbar
Any report can be added to the ACCENTiS toolbar on a per user basis, allowing each user to have their own favourite reports on their particular toolbar.
Email reports directly
All reports can be exported to PDF, Excel or emailed directly to people from within ACCENTiS Enterprise. This is perfect for Sales Quotes or Price Lists.
Direct export to MS Excel
With a single button click, any ACCENTiS Enterprise can automatically start up Microsoft Excel and export the contents of a report to it for further analysis or dissection
Customisable filters on reports
All reports support user-definable filters to narrow down search criteria. Text boxes, drop-down lists, check boxes, labels, etc. can all be placed on a form using the designer to let the user enter search criteria for a specified report.
Embed company logo and graphics
All Crystal reports can be highly formatted and can include company logos, graphics, tables, charts or photographs as part of the report enabling virtually unlimited formatting possibilities for your data
Default number of copies
For each report, you can specify the default number of copies to print whenever the report is printed, which is very convenient for reports such as delivery dockets, job cards or invoices where you may want to always print 2 or 3 copies.
Activity lists
ACCENTiS Enterprise features our innovative Activity Lists, a user-definable activity report that pops-up in front of the user when they log in alerting them to the outstanding activities or tasks required of them for the day. For example, Stock needing reorder, Orders to be Dispatched or Customers over credit-limit are perfect activity lists to be actioned each day. Activity lists are automatically refreshed so a Sales Backorder list can remain on the screen of a store-person and be constantly updated throughout the day.
Run commands from within a report
Within any of the ACCENTiS user-defined reports, you are able to link a command that executes an update in the database or even runs an external program. The possibilities are endless!
Save size and position of reports - dashboards
ACCENTiS allows you to save the size and position of any report, so that you can arrange them across your desktop to fit just the way you want them to. These settings are saved for each user and each report so creating a dashboard for a user is easy.
Display reports on startup
ACCENTiS allows you to specify which reports should automatically display and refresh when you log in, providing the facility to set up and arrange your own dashboard of reports across your screen each morning.
Modify report results in-situ
The results of any of the ACCENTiS FlexReports can be modified on the screen to remove unwanted results or to “tune” the output prior t printing or export. The ability to do this can be locked off and made available only to administrative users.
Multi-column sorting
All FlexReports support multi-level column sorting, allowing you to sort the data alphabetically, numerically or by date in ascending or descending order, column by column in priority order. This gives the user the ability to then analyse highest and lowest results of any column.
Auto-refresh of reports
The ACCENTiS report auto-refreshing option allows you to leave a report on your screen and have it automatically refresh the results at a nominated interval. Combined with auto-startup settings and saved startup position, this give you incredible power to create a real time dashboard of system activity.
Built-in subtotals
All FlexReports support built-in subtotals based on column sorting criteria. The subtotalling can be turned on or off and can apply to any report data. For example, list all sales of a certain item for the month and instantly subtotal on the date to see total sales per day.
Fax, email or print multiple reports at the one time
Built-in multi-report facilities allow you to highlight a selection of reports and output them all at once. For example, select all invoices for the day and email all of them at once. Alternatively, ACCENTiS can automatically select the preferred method of output for each customer and perform email, fax or printing as required for each report.
Auto page orientation selection
Based on the size of the data you are viewing, ACCENTiS can automatically select the best orientation (portrait or landscape) for printing.
